Horrible Service

I called on October 28th and placed an order to ship my car from Southern California to Pennsylvania. At the time I was told that my estimated delivery date would be between November 10 and 12th. I kept checking the status and location of my car online and my car was NOT EVEN PICKED UP for 6 days AND my estimated delivery date had changed to November 14th. When I called customer service to question what was going on, the representative was extremely rude and would not answer any questions as to why my deliver date had changed. My car is finally Texas, where it has been for over 12 hours now and I'm wondering how long it will remain in Texas now. My estimated delivery date is still showing as November 14th! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. The company can not keep its own delivery date and the customer service can not be any worse. Definitely not worth the $$$. I would recommend Agape. A freind used it to move her car from Pennsylvania to Florida and LOVED it.

DAS has researched this order. The ETA given at time of booking was 11/14, NOT 11/10 or 11/12. This info was provided to the customer in writing via e-mail. The vehicle is currently in transit headed east through Texas. In a case in which a customer needs their vehicle in less than the standard transit time, DAS offers both an expedited service and an even faster Fast Track service, both of which are offered at the time of booking.
