I had absolutely no problems with this company whatsoever, everything was great!!! Their name is actually perfectly accurate as far as my experience went. I had originally booked my move with Nationwide Relocation Service (aka Nationwide Auto Transporters) and switched to DAS when the former never picked up my car. (See my review on them for details! Beware!) DAS is a carrier, not a broker, which means they charge a bit more but it's well worth it because they ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND PICK UP YOUR CAR. They also guarantee a single pickup date - brokers will give you a window of several days (then never pick it up). I called DAS in a panic - I was moving halfway across the country the next day and still had a car sitting in my rented driveway that hadn't been picked up by Nationwide. Terri at DAS was extremely friendly, said this happened all the time, and arranged to pick up my car from a friend's house in town (I didn't even have to be there personally, which was great!) just a few days later. The short notice didn't bump their price up at all. (I think I remember that there would have been a small fee if I had had them pick it up the day after I called, but they still could have done it!) They did end up picking the car up one day late, but this was only because of bad weather and flooding in the area around that time. They offer tracking while the car is in transit, and, as they had explained clearly ahead of time, it sat at the terminal in NJ for some time but once it did head out to MT it got there quickly, I think a couple days earlier than the estimate I was given. It was dropped off in great shape, clean inside and out, and the driver was also really friendly and professional. Overall, I was completely happy with every aspect of this company's service and I'd highly recommend them, especially after experiencing the nightmare of dealing with a dishonest company!
