When I picked up the vehicle they did not say anything about any damage, although they had to know. I discovered the damage that night when I got the vehicle home. I called and left a message as they were closed that evening. I called again the next morning and they said that they had received my call (but didn't call back). They said no problem and they would take care of all repairs. Every time I speak to them they are very nice, but never call back and never give the authorization to do the repairs. I finally am getting the repairs done without authorization and will fight it out in court if necessary. Needless to say, I will never use DAS again. They are anything but what their name represents.
