Car was picked up on June 12 and sent to terminal in St Pete, FL where it remained until about June 5.
Called and left 2 messages with the man who placed my order XXXno call back.
Sent two e/mails re delay and why they would charge me full price after weeks of delay---no response.

Never an explanation; never an apology; no reduction in quoted cost.

Will never use again.
