I wish I had read these reviews prior to booking a shipment with DAS. I chose them because a friend has used them several times in the past with no issues, guess his luck ran out on my car!
My car was picked up 20 days ago and is still sitting in the origination location awaiting transport, as far as I know. More than a week past the original arrival date with no indication of a new date. Getting in touch with a live individual by phone for updates requires multiple attempts and no one seems to know when the car might actually ship.
Based on some of the other reviews I'm now concerned about the condition of the car when it arrives, assuming it eventually does arrive.
Do consumers have any rights to a rebate or otherwise for delayed shipments?
