My ETA was 13 days after the car was picked up (which seemed long but I accepted it). After 14 days I called DAS for an update only to find out that my car was still sitting in Florida where it was originally dropped off. Apparently the driver who was supposed to transport it never came and nothing was done to reassign the car until I left a message (which was not returned) and then called again on my own. A day later, all I know is that my car is going to Georgia, then Texas, then Louisiana (the final destination) with an unknown ETA. At this rate, I may get my car back in a couple months. Oh, and DAS apparently does not provide rental cars to customers when such blunders occur. So apparently my wife and I are left to juggle one car for the unforeseeable future. Thanks DAS!
