Door-to-door scheduling inadequate

1. When dropping off the vehicle, I was unaware that it would be held for several days.
2. Scheduling the door-to-door pick up at the final destination proved unacceptable. They could not accommodate our schedule, they did not arrive at the stated time (earlier), and we had to find someone else to pick it up. Technically, this may be considered a door-to-door service, but only the DAS terminal and drivers' schedules were serviced. I was disappointed in this part of the process.
