Have used DAS on multiple occasions to ship vehicles across country. Each time the service was great. On one occasion a driver canceled a pick-up the night before the expected pickup date, because he could not reach me for confirmation. After calling the local dispatch they sent a driver our right away and showed up on time for pick up.

The company quickly and professional addressed the situation. All other times I've used the company the have gone smoothly.

On a side note I usually pay extra for top loading. Have used both pickup at the depot and the door to door service, which was very convenient.
