The car was absolutely filthy. The exterior was covered with diesel oil and fuel from front to back. The interior, from the stering wheel, shift lever to the door side panel were covered with black greasy hand prints and elbow rub marks. In short, your customer service staff was great but the loaders / drivers abused their load.
