Purchased a car from a dealer in Ohio and had it shipped to Seattle so I could import it to Canada. I can see from other posters that this company has some customer service and delivery issues but my experiences was nothing less than perfect. Perhaps I was lucky but I feel the key was to have direct contact with my customer service rep including his personal company email address. I never had to wait on hold. I just emailed and his replies were prompt. There was a day or so delay due to snow and ice storms but I had an email from the rep the second the car arrived in Seattle. I arrived at the drop and the car was delivered to me washed and ready to go. I'd use them again but would ensure that I used the same rep.
