The pick up date and time was excellent along with taking my payment three days before the pick date.My 1'st vehicle is still in franfort,ill after it was picked up on the 14'th of dec. customer service people always has excuses and could never give me the exact eta. wait time for their cust. service number at least 20 mins. and people are no help at all.....useless.
My second vehicle is still in the original terminal after it was picked up on the 22'th. could not tell me when the exact eta,no time and date for pick up truck for delivery to california. They are good at taking your money, very,very poor service. they should be sued for false advertising. Change your company name to "undependable auto shippers".you guys should be put out of service.WHAT A BIG SCAM!!
