The actual phone representative was very nice it was at the drop off locations that I had bad experiences in San Diego the man handling my order was rude and inconsiderate. I had my 16 month old son with me in the pouring rain and he cared less making us wait until he was ready to start the inspection process. Then once my car arrived in Pensacola (on my birthday none the less) I was told I could not pick it up because I was too faraway and the weather was bad. Why call and say my car has arrived if I could not pick it up?? so I had to go yet ANOTHER day without my vehicle. Overall I guess DAS is not responsible for the terminal workers but I'm sure others would be deterred by the attitudes that they have.
