When my automobile was picked up the gentleman was professional, thorough and polite. The delivery guy was rude, eight hours late and did not communicate his delay with me causing me to lose an entire days work. Then when I wrote this on the comment section of the report he scribbled it out and refused to give me a copy. He said why do you want a copy? Didn't speak good English at all and was a total jerk. On top of that I had to give him a ride back to his truck he said was a mile down the road which turned out to be overr two miles. I should have told that jerk to take a cab. Thanks for asking.
