After reading many bad reports about auto shippers and brokers and being affraid to entrust a valualble asset like a late model car to strangers, I lucked up on Dependable Auto Shippers. Seeing that DAS is the recommended auto shipper for Ebay, I was not affraid to trust them.

I dropped off my car at a nearby depot in CA. and my Daughter picked it up at a nearby depot in GA. This saved us $273.00 in shipping expense, as compaired to Door to Door, and was well worth the effort.

Bernie Torres, who I talked with at DAS several times was very helpful and a very nice person to deal with. As was the CA. depot employee when I dropped off my car. My Daughter also told me that the GA. depot employee allowed her to pick up the car after hours because her work schedule conflicted with the normal depot pick up hours.

I also really like the real time tracking of the truck that transported my car across the country. I and my Daughter would check its location every evening. I sent this car to my Daughter for my Grandson's 16th Birthday, so you can immagin how excited he was to see the trucks progress every evening.

I hardly ever reply to surveys or write reviews, but I was so pleased with DAS in every respect, that I felt compleled to do this.
