I'm happy with the shipment process. it was fast and simple. they even clean my car at the destination. I loved the tracking tool that tells you where the car is every day.
My only problem was the location of the drop off and pickup facilities. They are very remote and the location is not friendly at all. I would recommend to use their pickup and delivery service. it cost more but the experience would have been much better.
