Do not use this company. Their carriers are negligent and incompetent. I had a brand new car, and I handed it over to them in perfect condition. Now I have a brand new car with a dent in the trunk, and the underside of the front spoiler and bumper chewed up and scraped off. Why? Because one of their drivers decided to put my car backwards at the front of the truck, so my TRUNK could bear the debris coming over the cab of the truck. And to make it worse, they didn't have the decency to use boards to load my car onto the truck, so they destroyed my front bumper as they drove it on and off the truck the dozens of times it stopped across the country.

I was PROMISED my brand new car would have no damage when it showed up. "If we damaged cars, we wouldn't be in business!" Charles said. No I have a messed up car, and 3 days after picking it up, I am still waiting to get my forms to start the claim process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
