We hired Dayton Auto Transport for this move. Once we saw this review, we called and had several long conversations with the Operations Manager at Dayton about the conduct of this set of team drivers. These 2 drivers are normally used only for express auction to auction moves. We do know that the drivers were written up for their conduct on this move. We DO NOT allow companies that we hire to break DOT Regulations for drive/rest time nor do we expect our customers to be inconvenienced by asking them to meet them in the middle of the night. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of our customer and until we can be assured that something like this will never happen again, we will not be using this trucking company.
