I was pretty anal about this shipment because I just purchased a Lotus Elise in perfect condition 900 miles away. The driver was careful loading the vehicle, not to scrape the low exotic. He showed up for pick-up one day earlier than planned but it was no problem. He called me the day prior to delivery and said he'd be in around 8am. Didn't actually arrive until 5:30pm and an update the night before would've been helpful since I stayed home from work in the morning to meet him... The driver also forgot to put his mudflaps on his truck so my Lotus was extra dirty when it arrived. However, it was just road grime and washed right off. Overall I was satisfied with the delivery though some of the coordination and truck preparation could have been better.
