I used dependable auto movers after a recommendation from a friend and an affordable quote. I was going to be traveling out of the country when they picked up the vehicle, so I was a little worried that everything would not go smoothly. After speaking with Sarah, I felt very comfortable with the entire process and assured that it would go as planned. In total, it took 2 weeks to get the car across the country, which was within the expected amount of time. The car was in good shape when it was dropped off, no external damage, just some dirt on the inside. They had made an attempt to keep it clean by laying paper on the floor. The only thing that made me upset was the added charge. I had packed some of my things in the car and they charged me an extra $200 over what the quote was for transporting my extra belongings. I did not agree to this overcharge and I was not aware, but part of that may have been because I wasn't there for the pick up. Overall, I felt like my car was in great hands and that piece of mind is important.
