Company seems to contract work out to truckers. Our pickup date was almost 3 weeks late, and Sarah was kind enough to add their $100 fee to the total to help expedite the trip--it worked, as our car was picked up that evening. Coast-to-Coast time was 8 days, with car flatbedded to our door in Oregon. If not for 18 day delay in pickup, we would grade them higher. Sarah was always prompt with communications!
