Although the lady working with me (Sarah) was very kind and courteous and they quoted me a great price, a carrier was never assigned to pick up my vehicle, even after 3 weeks. This was very frustrating and caused me endless delays. THis was embarrassing for me when I kept calling the former owner of the vehicle and telling him the transport company hasn't found a carrier yet. So, he ends up "storing" my vehicle for an extended period of time. I ended up having to drive and trailer the vehicle myself for fear of having to wait another month with some other company. Their quote time is 3-10 days on average but their disclaimer says within 30 days, so please read it.

Bottom line, 3 weeks were wasted and the transport was never assigned to a carrier. One good note, they did refund my deposit since it was passed their 10 day average pickup time.

Will not use this company again and recommend that you do the same if you need your vehicle in a timely manner.

I do apologize for the inconvenience to Jim. He is a very pleasant man to work with. Occassionally we do have problems finding drivers for customers. There has been a big backlog in Ohio for the last month or so. Most of the month of December, there has been over 400 cars in that state alone, waiting to be moved. Although most of our vehicles are picked up within the first week, 3-10 business days is our average as once in a while it can take a little longer.
