I found that the rate was much better than competitors -- that scared me a bit but I thought I'd give them a try because of the favorable reviews. Though the customer service rep was quite helpful and courteous, the pick up date and time were always in question. This is difficult for anyone who works during the day. The guys who drove my car were nice guys and got it from Seattle to Chicago REMARKABLY FAST -- less than 2 days DOOR-TO-DOOR. However, my car has a strange rust colored stain on the roof; I'm unsure of the cause. Make sure you get your car loaded on the top. I think the rust from the carrier's truck mixed with the water and stained my car.

Price is amazing.
Timing is questionable - it turned out great but I would've liked firm commitments.
Car was damaged... not scratched but mysterous stain.
