Very easy to book, was never put on hold, contact person was very knowledgeable and polite.There was a bad storm in missouri at the time of booking and their computers were down, I called them when I did not receive a email and they completed the booking by hand. The car arrived on time and the driver was very helpfull when we were having trouble starting the car.I was so impressed with the driver I gave him a $55.00 tip, needless to say he was thrilled. This was the second car I had moved by Dependable auto movers and both times they blew the competition out of the water on the price. I would use them again.
