Although I was quated $475. I was ultimately charged $485. First, I was told that the $100 deposit didn't include a $10 service fee. For what I don't know. Then I was told that I would have to pay the balance to the truck driver once the truck was delivered. This meant that by my math, I would have needed to pay $365. but, when the men arrived, I was told that they needed $375.

Number 1 in our Terms & Conditions states that we do charge a $10 processing fee to process each order. We picked up Mr. Washington's car a day early and he had his vehicle within 2 days. We do email expected pick up & delivery dates & the remaining c.o.d amount to the customer. When I called Mr. Washington to discuss this issue he said he was very pleased with our services and failed to read the terms and conditons and never opened the e-mail receipt which also explained the $10 processing fee.
