Number 1 in our Terms & Conditions states that we do charge a $10 processing fee to process each order. We picked up Mr. Washington's car a day early and he had his vehicle within 2 days. We do email expected pick up & delivery dates & the remaining c.o.d amount to the customer. When I called Mr. Washington to discuss this issue he said he was very pleased with our services and failed to read the terms and conditons and never opened the e-mail receipt which also explained the $10 processing fee.
