I generally did not always believe every review and I took a chance withthis company and decided that if it goes well, I'd surely post a review.
This is the best moving company ever. Wonderful customer service, on time and true to their word. My car was picked up and arrived on time and intact. It was picked up at MD on a Thursday and the driver had said it would arrive TX on the following Monday or Tuesday but by Sunday morning, he called to say the car was ready for delivery in TX. It actually came into TX on Saturday night. I was so amazed.
The driver and overall staff were very, very nice and the price was very right. I had done a lot of research before I chose Dependable and their price was the best, compared to all others I got quotes from. Kim(the CSR) was great and she always returned my calls when I left messages. She was patient to answer my zillion questions. The driver assured me that he would take care of my wheels, and you bet he did.
I definitely would use this company again in the future and I highly recommend Dependable Auto Movers because they are truly dependable. If you decide to go with them, ask for Kim and say Uche sent you.
