I used their terminal-to-terminal option. This was as smooth a transaction for me as is possible to imagine - I dropped off my car at San Lorenzo, CA, and got it back in Linden, NJ, six days later. I was able to track my car's location though the company's web site, which was helpful in predicting the actual arrival day.
The preparation check list that they send you tells you everything you need to do before dropping off your car (bring some gas, but not too much; empty the trunk; make sure the car does not have obvious leaks, etc.).
Don't forget to wash your car before bringing it in for transportation - they need to see every scratch at the time you bring it to their location.
My origin and destination locations were both in industrial areas, so I they were a bit hard to find. Make sure to get good directions before you go!
