An Incredibly Good Experience

I called on a Thursday hoping that the car could be picked up in San Francisco the following Wednesday for transport back to CT. Kim at Dependable said the company standard was to allow a 7-10 day window but knew one carrier that might be making a West to East coast run in the time period I needed. She said she would check with that carrier and would call me right back. True to her word, she called back within 10 minutes and said the car could be picked up the following Wednesday or Thursday. It was picked up on Wednesday and delivered to Rhode Island five days later. I had obtained quotes from four highly rated companies. Dependable was the least expensive of the four at $925. The most expensive was $1375. There is nothing that a more expensive company could have done than Dependable did. The car was picked up on the very day I requested and was delivered 3000 miles away in five days. Kim was very helpful as was the driver of the carrier who found a convenient place to pick up and deliver the car. In the spring I used a different company for a car transport which was also good but not as good as Dependable. I would use Dependable again for sure.
