Overall I was pleased with the company. I was upset that the original quote they offered me was inaccurate - they called me a few days later and said they needed more money to be able to get my car moved. Still, it was the least expensive quote I found. The other issue that I didn't feel was very clear was that the pickup and dropoff are most likely not going to be at your door. The driver has a large truck that cannot easily maneuver tree-lined streets or large hills. I met the driver at a gas station to drop off the car and at a grocery store to pick it up. Luckily, they were still fairly close to my home. The transport cost $800. You have to pay the driver in cash.
