I apologize for how Mr. Sullivan was treated. As a broker, we hire trucking companies to move our customer's vehicles. As truck drivers try to work around all their customers' schedules, sometimes it is quite difficult for them to give an accurate arrival time. Not only do they need to work around customers' schedules, but D.O.T. regulations also dictate how much time they can be behind the wheel. Mr. Sullivan had arranged a back up delivery person if the pickup & delivery took longer than a week, but the driver delivered the vehicle a couple of hours before he left. I know that this industry is not an easy one and the trucking company has been notified of the added stress they caused our customer.
