They are not BBB rated for a reason.
They were recommended by the dealership in South Florida. My salesman, who had good intention but was a newbie that told me they would call to get my billing information. I should've know when they didn't. So I called after waiting for whole day, the person already went home. Gave me credit card info. No call back. Called again next day, was told that the car should be picked up in 2-3 days. 1 week later, car still not pickedup, emailed and was told the "truck broke down" so maybe 2-3 days more... 2-3 days later, was told the truckers want more money, so I have to pay 60% more if I want my vehicle moved before next week. I told them they were extorting my money... I think they than had BlueStar transport call me and try to convince me that the best bet is with them to if I want to get my vehicle out. Went online that night, got another shipper, and they did it in 2 days with prompt response and courtsey. I contacted management, and they fed me more garbage.
Go with a company with A to A+ BBB rating. It makes a difference where a third party can monitor their customer complaint. BTW, Niczari import owns the company, on Yahoo review (http://local.yahoo.com/info-35532557-dealers-choice-auto-transport-west-palm-beach) , it gave itself a 5 star. Lame
