It took them 19 days to locate a transporter...Supposed to be door to door. Had to drive 60 miles to meet their truck because they weren't allowed to go to homes. Same at dropoff. Driver showed up at dropoff at 3:30AM....not a reasonable hour!!! Battery was dead (new battery two months old) Driver had left door ajar or interior lights on in his frequent unloading and loading. Truck driver was courteous and specific and his epuipment was clean.
Phone contacts at Dash Auto were always very professional but had trouble with telling the truth!
I have never dealt with more pleasant phone contacts.
