Dear Dash,

I just wanted to let everyone know that this has been a terrific experience. I went on-line looking for an automover because my husband needed our car in Reston , Va. I was just fishing as I did not know how to initiate this move. Within 30 minutes Steve had called and explained the way the system works. Based on his professionalism, patience, and immediate response I did not even open my e-mail to other quotes. I forwarded his information to my husband's company and they finished coordinating the paperwork and move. I selected Dash because they were a cut above the others--making me feel comfortable in this process. I did not even have the car in St Louis (as I intended to drive it and see family before sending it to Reston ) when my niece was contacted several times to coordinate pickup times and dates. I was at my niece's house for maybe 20 minutes when much to all of our surprise Harry (Bryant's Transport, Inc.) was there to pick up the suburban. What a great guy. He was also extremely professional and friendly. He even took the time to go out of his way and help me unload a dresser that I had in the back of the suburban. The suburban was in Reston Va on January 25th. What a record!!! Harry was just as professional and friendly, even though I know it was a difficult trip through Washington DC with an auto transport. My husband and I have been extremely satisfied throughout this entire process and will definitely refer all of you to anyone in the Company contemplating a move.
