I usually don't write reviews but in order to stop others from dealing with my frustrations I feel I needed too. A quick background, I am active duty military (like one of the other reviewers) and I was being transferred so we wanted to ship one of your cars. Like you I read the other reviews and and knew it was going to be a bad experience, however I was not afforded the opportunity to pick (or not pick this carrier). It was dispatched from another company "Suncoast Auto Transport". After I received the dispatch information from Suncoast I immediately checked this company out. I called Suncoast about this and of course they stated that Daisy Transportation has good ratings on their data base (BTW this is a database that consumers cant access so who knows if its true. it is not Transport Reviews). With that stay away from Suncoast too, you can see what kind of company they are if they work with companies like Daisy!!! Now for Daisy, first off the driver was a day late, then he shows up with a car carrier that has salvaged vehicles (yes wrecked vehicle) on the the top level and want to put new vehicles on the bottom level. I don't know who transports salvaged vehicles with new vehicles but this wasn't going to be the first! Next when the driver got out of the truck he completely avoided me and began to walk around my vehicle. I asked him his name and he looked at me like "who are you?" I proceeded to ask again then finally got a first name. After having to ask for a last name multiple times, I got the same look and then finally he gave me some name he couldn't even pronounce. I figure it was fake! Then he began to look at my vehicle again. I then asked for some credentials and he again chose to ignore me. When I finally told him he wasn't getting my car until he answered my questions he tried to give me piece of paper with a address (no name or phone numbers), and said that was his credential. Clearly something didn't add up! In the end I did not ship my vehicle with Daisy and now I have to drive it across country! I can't imagine what it would have been like to try and get my car from them when it was like this to give it to them. Again beware and stay away from this company!!!
