DAMAGE WITHOUT A CARE

DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!!! They COMPLETELY deflated the tires on my Subaru due to a "clearance issue". My car was on the top of the carrier with many other cars and mine was the only one with deflated tires... With the tires with no air in them the driver proceeded to drive my car off the truck and told me to "drive slow to the gas station" where I had to fill them up myself... They also removed my roof racks without my permission and scratched the paint on my roof and broke the plastic on the racks as well. They had no regard for the condition/protection of my vehicle. When I called the owner and told him what happened he didn't care one bit and hung up on me multiple times. The contract is bogus. It says if there's damage to your vehicle you "must have 3 quotes on the damage and have it submitted to them in 24 hours." That is obviously physically impossible. This is a low class company all the way around. The employees are all foreign and have no regard for you or your vehicle so please stay away. I wish I would've known all of this before I had chose to ship...
