I can't say enough positives about DNA Auto and Boat Transport and Eileen, clearly the backbone of the company. DNA arranged my large SUV to be transported cross-country. As you can imagine, a cross-country move can be very stressful. Eileen proactively informed me of the location of my vehicle on a regular basis. This open communication was instrumental in alleviating the stress associated with my overall move. Eileen's knowledge and experience in the transport (and moving) industry became quickly apparent as I experienced her dogged determination and no-nonsense attitude in coordinatingpickup and delivery of my vehicle of my vehicle. If I didn't have an answer to a question, she stayed on it until she gave me an answer. As one example, when I advised that I was expecting to hear from my delivery driver, but had not yet heard from him, Eileen immediately called the dispatcher and obtained information regarding the driver's current location and activity (was fueling at a local terminal), and ETA. DNA certainly understands the meaning of customer service ! If I need to transport my car in the future, I will just call Eileen and if I had a boat, I would use DNA to ship my boat as well. If you are using a moving company for a household move as well, they will tell you they can arrange transport, but you will probably save yourself a lot of headaches by just calling Eileen directly at (321) 205-3790.
