Great service, on time delivery

This was the first time I've shipped a car. Needed to ship my daughter's car out to CA for school and needed it there by a certain date. After doing much research (recommended if you've never shipped a car before) I contacted Eileen at DNA. She was straightforward and honest - she also recommended that I do research. She also thoroughly explained the process, etc. Their price was in the middle from other initial quotes I received. I went with DNA because of all of their positive reviews, and because Eileen was very responsive to all of my phone calls and emails. And not only to get my business, but also throughout the process all the way until the car was delivered. The car was picked up and delivered on schedule (we were given a 2 day window for delivery and it arrived early AM on the 1st day). The drivers for both pick-up and delivery were professional and friendly and contacted me ahead of time to let me know exact times, etc. If we end up having to ship the car back home we will go with DNA again.
