Thank you for your feedback with our company. First and foremost, I would like to apologize that you had this experience. I understand your frustration. We do try our best to ensure exact dates for pickup and delivery times to avoid putting our customers in a bad situation. While changes like this are not likely but they can happen in vehicle transport. We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties, problems in customer service is not something we are known for.
