I needed my vehicle transported basically clear across the country, I booked with a certain company (will not disclose) and they told me for me to get the best price I can I would need to give them a week to pick up my vehicle. I thought that was a decent request so I went with it, being the person I am I like to make sure a plan comes together so after I called them to check on the progress the first call they were kind of trying to get me off the phone telling me they will call me when the driver is ready. The second time I called (6 days later) they were very ignorant to me telling me they still have a day left to get my vehicle and I was just wanting to know why they had to wait to the last day. They ignored my calls the next 2 days all together and I finally canceled on the 10th day. I was hesitant to book again but somehow Brandon Latimer from DIY transport called me out of the blue and to be honest I was pretty rude to him doubting everything he said to me. He did manage to make a reservation for me and being I needed my car picked up ASAP he explained the whole process (even telling me why the other company failed) and said he will call me back by the end of the day. He called less than an hour later with a next day pick up and even though it was a little more because of my timeline at this point I was more than happy to pay. After all there is no price tag to put on professional he was and how straight forward he is, he told me how it was no sugar coating and I appreciate that. He did mention a Joseph he had helping him so thank Joe as well. If you need your car shipped call DIY and ask for Brandon Latimer. Better yet call him directly his number is 3306296484. We need more Brandon's in this world, let alone this industry.
