My car was transported from TN to PA 2 days ago. This was such a hassle free move. DIY stood by their promise including the pick-up time, delivery time and most importantly they are absolutely polite and courteous. I am very impressed with their service. There is communication from the time you place your order, to setting up time for pick-up and the driver called on the way to give me a 2 hr heads-up and a 30-min heads-up. This was just perfect. Could not have expected more. Car was shipped scratch free, everything intact. I would strongly recommend DIY Transport.
