Car was picked up on time and dropped off exactly when I was told. Justin, the driver, went above and beyond by helping me push my inoperable car into place. He also gave me a one-hour heads up when he was on his way. I've shipped many cars, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had. DIY was great!
