i contacted DIY after another broker that advertised on auction page dropped the haul even though they supposedly had it covered , and never contacted me, to give me notice, like heads up . i called to check on p/u, and i was told you should try to find another carrier . i contacted terriann at DIY and she got load covered the next day , and to my surprise at a better rate , and got vehicle sooner . transport driver was super , on time , helpful , amazing . so the question i answered to myself ? i make 1 call get the service , no worry , and they call me with confirmations , delivery times . or call haulmatch and get aggrevated , lousy service , and still waiting for my refund 4 days later on deposit fee ?? just type in haulmatch revews and see what you get , that was my mistake did't do that first , just assumed if IAAI had them on page they might be reputable , NOT!
