We have tried SEVERAL times to contact you in response to your claim. DIY has left voicemail messages and sent emails trying to help resolve this. We offered a full refund, and to reimburse you for any repairs made to your vehicle. So for anyone reading this, please know that here at DIY, we go above and beyond to make things right. We weren't the ones responsible for the damage, but WE did our best to help out WUMI OLATOYE! What really bothers me about this whole thing is that I (Anthony), personally followed through with you all the way up to the point that you chose to sever contact. Keep in mind, all of our drivers are fully licensed and insured, but like any other insurance company, there are deductibles that have to be reached in order to be covered. That is why WE also offer GAP insurance to handle amounts lower than the deductibles.
