My experience was excellent. DIY was in constant contact with me until my vehicle was delivered at my home. The transporter they used was excellent. The vehicle was delivered in a clean covered vehicle carrier. They unloaded the vehicle, drove it into my yard and then went over all aspects of the car as relates to any scratches or dings that were noted a the dealership. The delivers were friendly, courteous and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would definitely use DIY and the transporter again. I would ask for that transporter specifically again. This was a great experience.
