DIY Transport came highly recommended per user reviews so we used them. We signed the order and were promised a pick-up date. When I called the actual shipper a few days in advance -we learned that they did not plan on picking the vehicle up until 4 days later( due to Easter Holiday). We were not going to be available at new pick up time. DIY got the shipper to have a local company pick up the vehicle and it was actually delivered one day earlier than expected. The local company charged us more. DIY and the shipper split the additional cost and handled a potential problem for us such that we got our vehicle on time and at the price quoted. I think this speaks highly of a company that was able to step up and correct a potential timing and cost problem .
