Everything was great with this move. I was contacted constantly via email and phone by the broker and was given updates on my request for move. Once everything was set up around specific dates that I had requested, I was contacted by the mover many times. The only issue I had was that the vehicle was picked up one day earlier than planned, but did not affect me overall as the vehicle was delivered on time on the day that I requested. The driver even helped to get the vehicle to my house by driving it to my location as he couldn't come directly to my home. Had plenty of contact during the move from both the broker and the movers. Vehicle was dirty, but that was to be expected while on an open trailer. Great experience overall and would highly recommend DIY Transport and will use again if I need to transport another vehicle.
