They told me it would take 10 days to ship. Once my money was in their account it turned into 14 days...then 20...then they dropped it off late Sat nite but the drop off site was closed to the public so I had to wait another day. Their online tracking would be an extra day every time I looked at it. I would strongly discourage using this company for transporting anything. I have yet to figure out why they call themselves dependable auto shippers it's also hard to believe they stay in business. I have to admit the car arrived damage free but you cannot depend on their delivery time, they don't even know when it will get there. Horrible, horrible experience.
