Andrew Stall was honest, courteous, patient, and available throughout my entire experience. I had never shipped a car before and Andrew answered all my questions (I asked the same question more than once) with professionalism and integrity. He was not pushy, like other brokers I got quotes from, and did what he needed to do to find a reputable carrier to transport my car within the time free he told me. (Was told most likely 3 to 7 days and it took 4) I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him. I cannot say enough about Andrew. Any person, such as I who has never done this before, can be confident that Cruise Control is a great choice for a broker. There are many good ones out there, as well as bad ones. Andrew is one of the good ones! His customer service was top notch. He always answered my emails right away and always answered the phone the many times I called. You will not be disappointed if you choose cruise control as your transport broker!
