When first contacted by the driver he said it would be 1st thing in the morning on Monday, then I called him back and he said around Noon so I went and returned the rent a car. Then noon turned into 3:00, then 3:00 I called and it turned into with in the hour. At 5:30 it would be within the hour again. Then 8:00 I finally got an address of the location where he was and drove 25 minutes to go pick up the car myself. It was the time or late issue that bothered me it was the no phone calls or not answering the phone that was the issue. He would not answer the phone and finally at the last phone call around 8:00 I blocked my phone number and he answered.
