I found that Jonathan at Crowley was the most knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. I called several companies and only got more and more confused about how the process works for getting a car shipped. Jonathan was patient and explained exactly what the broker's role is in the process and why different companies charge different amounts. Once he explained it to me I felt confident about my choice and my confidence proved well placed as my car was picked up on time by a very polite driver and was delivered on time with no hassle whatsoever. I will definitely use Crowley next time my car is shipped.
