It took 49 days for my van to get to Oregon from Texas!!!
My order was received and processed on December 18, 2006 at Crossover Transport and I was told the pickup window was 1-8 days.I called about 2 weeks after the order and was told that the trucks like to be home for Christmas which I understood.I called again Jan 3, called again Jan 10,Jan 16 I called again and asked to talk to the boss and was referred to Stephanie who said that if I paid more $$ I would get the van picked up sooner. I told her that I thought that was unfair as they had quoted me a low price($930 from TX to OR) and now after a month they tell me to pay more $$ if I want the van picked up.I agreed to pay another $130 as every day was costing me $ that the van wasn't delivered. Finally Jan 22 a transport truck was there, but the van had sat so long during the winter that the battery was dead,I told the Ford dealer where the van was to install a new battery and while they were installing it the truck drove off.Jan 29 I called Crossover and was told another truck was there to get the van but they couldn't haul it because it had oversize tires and wheels. I sent a picture of the van which does not have oversize tires and wheels. The van finally arrived Feb 5,2007 49 days after I submitted my order to Crossover.
I left messages and was not called back. I was given a low price to get my deposit and then told I needed to pay more money to get the van picked up 29 days after my order was placed and after I had called them once again. Poor poor service, deceptive bid and poor communication.
